Passageways to Elderhood Alliance - Elderpassageways.org
To realize the vision of an elder-honoring society, we are growing an alliance of organizations and individuals who are offering meaningful and conscious passageways to elderhood. This Alliance, working together, will support each other to develop needed programming and to outreach to a wider audience making passageways to elderhood more accessible for all.
I am working with a team of Elders and elder organizations to co-create a network to support the journey to Elderhood.
Work That Reconnects
The Work That Reconnects arose in direct response to the ecological, social, and economic crises of our time. The Spiral Journey in the Work That Reconnects. I am working with Molly Young Brown co-author of " Coming Back to LIfe" , and Mutima Imani of Green Consulting to offer WTR facilitator development programs to students from around the world. Programs include; A 6 months foundations course as well as follow up support groups, practice groups and one on one coaching. Work That Reconnects Network I am part of the Work That Reconnects Weavers Team working to support and evolve the Global Network of facilitators to advance the work and develop more facilitators.

Holos Institute
Holos has been a touchstone resource for applied ecopsychology and has now developed a comprehensive, 100 hour training program that draws on the wisdom of many pioneers in the field of Ecotherapy, Ecopsychology, The Work that Reconnects, Soulcrafting, Permaculture and more. I co-facilitate retreats in the Work That Reconnects for the ecopsychology students.

Elders Action Network
As a society, we have serious social injustice, an environmentally disastrous way of life, and dysfunctional governance problems. We are in need of the conscious elders’ wisdom, guidance, and leadership to confront and find common sense solutions for resolving these issues. I work with the leadership team to create programs for Elders , offer ceremony, build the agenda, and developed the CEN Empowered Elder Webinar and Workshops. |

I have been part of the leadership team at Slow Money Northern CA since 2009, shortly after Woody Tasch wrote Slow Money - Investing as if food, farms and fertility mattered. We bring together investors with farmers and food entrepreneurs to help create community support for a healthy local food system. |

Insight Garden Program
In collaboration with San Quentin State Prison, the Insight Garden Program (IGP) provides rehabilitation to self-selected prisoners through the process of organic gardening and learning about our interconnection to nature. I was working with IGP to consolidate their curriculum so that the program can be replicated in other prisons.

ChangeScale is working to support and advance the environmental education field in the Bay Area. Acting as the representative of Marin Agriculture and Education Alliance (MAEA), I am working to integrate agricultural education to support a local, sustainable food system and a healthy environment.

Geography of Hope
A gathering of writers and lovers of the land exploring relationship to the earth. I have designed the field trips and will be offering a Work That Reconnects practice on the opening night. This event takes place March 17-19 2017 in Point Reyes CA.
