The Community Resiliency Model® (CRM®) from the Trauma Resource Institute, is a model that engages individuals who have experienced traumatic and highly stressful events. It teaches simple biologically based skills, based on current science, to help individuals and communities get back into balance in body, mind and spirit.
The Community Resiliency Model® can be integrated into the delivery of other approaches to enhance healing of individuals and communities. It can be implemented in schools, businesses, hospitals, organizations, emergency response centers, houses of worship, community centers and families.
CRM creates " trauma-informed" and "resiliency-informed" individuals and communities by teaching wellness tools and educating about the common reactions to trauma and how they affect us.
We are living in a world of ongoing stress and traumatic events so everyone can benefit from learning these wellness skills and understanding how our bodies and nervous systems react to these stresses. Emergency first responders, nurses, doctors, teachers, parents, therapists, children, community organizers.....
A variety of webinars are offered online at this time.
