As a culture we have lost many of our rituals and ceremonies. Humans need to mark the transitions and sacred times in our lives. We need to come together for support, healing, and inspiration. Ceremonies also have the power to shift consciousness and help us see things with new eyes. As a facilitator and creator of ceremonies I dance between the practical and the transformative. My many years of event planning and production, along with a deep facilitation tool kit, allows me to facilitate diverse events for large and small groups; from family scale events to conferences with hundreds of attendees.


Facilitation; When we come together as humans, whether for a wedding or a professional conference, the flow of the event, the heart, the communication, the process are as important as the outcome.  I can help you create a flow and deep connections as well as achieve your stated outcomes for your event. 

Personal and Family Ceremonies created to mark the major transitions of life; birth, death, graduation, marriage, new home, retirement, becoming a teen, an adult, an elder.

Community Ceremonies: ceremonies to honor and reconnect to the land, grieving for the victims of violence, praying for peace, blessing a new community structure or organization, reconnecting to ourselves.

Organizational Facilitation and Ceremonies; Provide facilitation and planning for organizational events as well as co-create ceremonies to open and close conferences and gatherings. Facilitation of events can help bring workforce and stakeholders together with common goals, honor organizational mile stones, or build alliances and increase knowledge. I can help you get clear on your goals and help design an event to meet those goals.
